Meet Ella Thompson
Ella is a sought after preacher, teacher, conference speaker, workshop facilitator, and life coach.
Often regarded as a “bridge between people and God", Ella is an advocate for the lost, the hurting, and the silenced. She willingly comes forward boldly to proclaim a message of hope, truth, and love--compelling others to discover their purpose and identity through Christ.
Committed to issues that affect women, she is the founder of Essence of Eve, a ministry that addresses the unique issues and challenges of women. Through this medium, she shares practical guidance with women of various denominations and ethnicities throughout the United States and abroad. Ella’s passion is guiding a new generation of people who are willing to "do a new thing" in the world by calling forth that which God has deposited into each of His children.
One conversation with Ella reveals her “earthiness” and her love for God. Her personal mission in life is that every man, woman, and child will understand the power and simplicity of God’s love for all as they lead transformed lives.
Ordained, Ella is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom. She holds a M.A. in Practical Theology and a M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, and a B.A. in Business Administration and Management from Virginia Commonwealth University. As a certified Life/Leadership Coach with over 25 years of ministry and business experience, she is passionate about the spiritual formation of others and developing strong leaders as they apply eternal truths to practical living and ministry.
