Ella Thompson Ministries is dedicated to renewing the Church’s focus on God’s mission in the world by building strong leadership for the 21st century Church.

With Jesus Christ as the supreme leadership model and a heartfelt commitment to following God’s leading for every congregation, we provide the necessary guidance and/or training to increase your ministries’ capacities to experience God’s renewal and transformation. Whether it’s a one-time training effort or a comprehensive leadership development program, our Spirit-led solutions can be delivered via:
