Who We Are

At the heart of Ella Thompson Ministries is a simple conviction:
faith is not an add-on to life and leadership—it is the ground on which both stand.

This ministry was born out of years of preaching, teaching, and walking with people through real responsibility: marriage and family, church and community, vocation and calling, loss and new beginnings. Over time, it became clear that many believers were not lacking desire or sincerity; they were carrying more than their lives, roles, and structures had been designed to hold.

Ella Thompson Ministries exists to provide a Christ-centered, theologically grounded place of formation for those realities—to honor sacred moments and to walk with people as their faith, responsibilities, and decisions are held together with integrity.

Faith guides each engagement, shaping care that honors your unique season and needs. Connect with us at (909) 293-8801 to begin a thoughtful, Christ-centered conversation.

How We Serve

Our work spans both the intimate and the public, the personal and the institutional:

Ceremonies and Sacred Moments
Weddings, vow renewals, blessings, and other life milestones carried with reverence, pastoral sensitivity, and thoughtful, Christ-centered care.

Pastoral Care and Counseling
One-on-one and small-group spaces for processing grief, transition, calling, and complex responsibility before God.

Teaching, Preaching, and Leadership Formation
Messages, retreats, workshops, and formation experiences that help believers—and especially women leaders—move from endurance alone to coherent, sustainable leadership.

Whether you meet us through a ceremony, a sermon, a cohort, or a quiet pastoral conversation, the posture is the same: warmth, clarity, and formation, not performance.

Her work draws on theological study, leadership and women’s studies, and lived experience in ministry and higher education.

Whether standing in a pulpit, officiating a wedding, teaching in a classroom, or walking with a leader in transition, she carries a steady commitment:
to honor God, to honor the weight people are carrying, and to support formation with integrity.
